Cancellation Policy
Aashiyana Homestay Guest Policy and House Rules This policy is designed to ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for all our guests, while respecting the local environment and community in Bhopal. I. Booking and Reservation Policy A. Identification and Documentation As per Government of India regulations and the Madhya Pradesh Homestay Scheme, all guests are required to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. •Indian Nationals: Must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport). •Foreign Nationals: Must present a valid Passport and Visa/O.C.I. Card. •A copy of the identification documents will be retained for our records, as mandated by local authorities. B. Check-in and Check-out •Check-in Time: - 11:00 AM (IST) •Check-out Time: 10:30 AM (IST) •Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Please inform the host in advance to make arrangements. C. Payment and Cancellation •Payment: Full payment for the stay is typically required prior to or upon arrival. We accept [Specify accepted payment methods, e.g., Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer]. •Cancellation: [Insert your specific cancellation policy here. Example: Cancellations made 48 Hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 days before check-in will forfeit 50% of payment. II. House Rules and Conduct A. Respect for the Home and Hosts Aashiyana Homestay is a private residence, not a commercial hotel. We ask all guests to treat the property and the hosts with respect, as if it were their own home. •Footwear: Guests are requested to remove their footwear outside the main living areas and bedrooms, a common practice in Indian homes. •Noise: Please maintain a peaceful environment. Excessive noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, is strictly prohibited to ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbors. B. Sustainability and Resource Use In line with our commitment to the environment, Aashiyana Homestay is proudly solar-powered. We encourage guests to be mindful of their consumption. •Electricity: Please switch off lights, fans, and air conditioning units when leaving the room. •Water: Use water judiciously. C. Food and Kitchen Use •Kitchen Access: Guests may use the common pantry area for light snacks and beverages. Any Damages are Chargeable •Outside Food: Guests are welcome to bring outside food, but we request that you consume it in designatedarea
